Hey there, I’m Sarah! I am so excited you are here! Let me tell you a bit about myself.

Most days you can find in me in yoga crops and favorite sweatshirt feeling extremely grateful to be running own business. I spend my days connecting with women who just want to feel good in their skin, creating (and testing) delicious recipes, crafting new workout programs, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. P.S. there are those long, boring, computer work days too, but let’s stick to the fun stuff, shall we? I am a certified personal trainer, health coach, chocolate chip cookie lover, and travel bug. I love serving the world by helping busy women navigate their way toward a healthy, sustainable lifestyle-without deprivation, crash diets, or grueling, extreme workouts.

The things I am most passionate about in life are laughing around a summer fire pit with friends (s’mores included please), eating really good, local and seasonal food, ocean views, date nights, and helping women feel better and stronger in their everyday life. I am lucky enough to be able to teach them simple ways to consistently incorporate healthy eating habits and fitness into their day, without feeling overwhelmed or stressed about what to do.

When I’m not busy working with my soulmate clients, you can find me exploring the Northshore, right outside of Boston, MA (seriously – there are some great spots around here), participating in fun road races, enjoying some craft beer, weekends by a lake, and just living my best life while I build this dream business of mine.
