With this membership, all the work has been done for you. Each month you can easily log in to our members only platform, and download a carefully curated monthly meal plan. Additionally, each week there will be a NEW 30 minute workout class to take part in from the comfort of your own home. These workouts will be pre-recorded, so you can fit them into your schedule!
